“We have been using B and M for home health care for almost three years and recommend them highly. My sister, is the client and has significant physical limitations; she cannot transfer without help. I am her sister and her only support. She is sixty eight and I am seventy one. My sister receives nine hours of home care daily which enables her to live in her own apartment instead of a convalescent home.

“I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful care you provided for my mother. I would recommend your agency for anyone in need of home care for their loved ones. My mom loved all the girls that combined to provide the great care ( special shout out to Yareliz ). I was always kept informed on any personnel changes to cover shifts well in advance. One of the first things I noticed on my first visit after the care started was the apartment was spotless and was kept that way throughout. The refrigerator was always stocked with good food. Plenty of fruits and healthy snacks. My mom always said the food that was prepared was great. The staff made sure Rita was bathed, hair washed and colored when needed, along with nails polished. Just wonderful care. Her clothes were washed and the mail was brought in and stored for me upon my weekly visits. The greatest thing I can say is my mind was more at ease once B&M was there. I wanted to email to let you know how well the Companion is doing with my mother, and I am very pleased with her. The Companion is a very dedicated caregiver with assisting my mother in her daily needs. She encourages Mother to make a list of needs for their shopping, such as food, personal items, and errands including appointments. She also keeps receipts and records of expenses, for my records to show what has been spent.
She has helped Mother's improvement in memory and has developed a friendly and professional relationship that has helped in her emotional well being as well. She encourages Mother to keep as much as her independence and she can, and keeps her safe and protected at all times.
My mother's Companion is committed to treating my Mother with dignity and respect at all times and is very patient and kind. I have had people I know call and tell me how they have seen her and my Mother in public and stores and complimented her on how kind and caring she is.
