Free online training courses are now available for all Field Staff (HM/CP/PCA) through our Workers’ Comp Insurance. Staff can take as many courses as they choose. Once the courses are completed the system provides a certificate of completion. Copies will be placed in the employee file. Additional copies can be provided upon request.
Staff with out access to the internet or a computer can contact the office and schedule time to come into the office to complete the courses.
2017 In-Service Training - Each year, REQUIRED In-Service training is scheduled for all staff. This year In-Service training will be based on the following courses. In-Service training must be completed no later than 10/31/2017.
PCA - Bloodborne Pathogens - *Review Company Policy. A coordinator will be available Monday through Friday between 9:00 and 5:00 to answer questions. (English Only)
HM/CP - Preventing Slips, Trips and Falls (English/Spanish)

Q: How do I access the training?
A: Click here to launch http://www.wctrust.com web site. Locate Quick Links in the lower right hand side of the site then click on Trust University.
Q: Who do I contact to create a profile?
A: Profile forms have been mailed out to staff with the June Newsletter. Complete the form and return it to the office as soon as possible. The administrator for our agency will create the profile and notify staff when completed. Once the profile is created the staff will receive detailed instructions for accessing the site and navigating through the courses.
Q: When can I begin taking courses?
A: Once the profile is created staff may begin taking the required course along with any course of their choice.
Q: How will the office know when I have completed the course?
A: The administrator of the sitehas access to view the status of each course and will print the certificate then add it to the employee profile.
